As we close the chapter on 2024, Wiremind looks back on a year of growth and progress across multiple facets of our operations. With team expansion, impactful product developments, and enhanced customer engagement, this year has set strong benchmarks for the future. Let’s delve into the key areas where Wiremind has made strides, paving the way for continued advancements.

Extending Our Team and Enhancing HR Development

This year, our team grew by 25%, bringing the total to 120+ permanent employees, with nearly 70% of new hires joining our technological divisions. Our internship programs also doubled in size, reinforcing our focus on fostering the next generation of tech talent.

We've also rolled out critical HR initiatives, including our first-ever job-leveling system, linked with a brand-new skills matrix. These tools enhance our HR development initiatives and streamline operations, ultimately boosting our organizational health.

In addition to our first partnership created last year with CentraleSupélec, we have partnered with two more leading engineering schools: Mines Nancy and IMT Atlantique. These collaborations are designed to nurture a pipeline of engineering talent, ready to take on the challenges of tomorrow.

Wiremind's Business and Client Portfolio Expansion

2024 was a standout year for Wiremind financially, with a 46% increase in revenue across the board. Our divisions have seen remarkable growth, for example, CAYZN by 44%, CAYZN Tracking by 51%, and EVENTORI by 79%. This surge is supported by our expanding client base, which now totals 60+ clients, including 15 new clients added in 2024. High-profile contracts with Transavia and Eurostar further highlight this growth, alongside a notable increase in customers for EVENTORI. Our renewal rate of 96% underscores the trust and satisfaction that clients place in our solutions.

Our Growth Through Dev Metrics: Scaling with Precision and Impact

Behind the scenes, Wiremind recorded significant technical achievements in 2024:

  • 1,359,220 lines of code pushed and 1,150 deployments per week across a growing infrastructure of 5,500+ CPUs.
  • CAYZN Predictions processed over 15,000 predictions per minute, doubling 2023 figures, and optimizing €12 billion in revenue through 299 million tickets sold.
  • Data warehousing scaled to handle 380 billion data lines per month.
  • 4.2 million shipments were optimized through SKYPALLET, while 571,155 flights were managed using CARGOSTACK.

Driving Innovation Through AI

Wiremind advanced its AI capabilities significantly in 2024, particularly with the complete refactorization of the CAYZN optimization linear program. This core system, which automatically adjusts prices, now operates with:

  1. Simplicity and Predictability: Pricing decisions are clear, with users able to preview the next action before it is applied.
  2. Balance Between Stability and Reactivity: It respects user preferences for stable pricing while reacting to market changes like spikes in sales.
  3. Modularity: A modular architecture allows for easy updates and future enhancements.

Our partnership with UBC University further underscored our commitment to advancing AI. This collaboration resulted in a first research paper, showcasing cutting-edge research and highlighting Wiremind’s ongoing investment in data science and machine learning.

Key Feature Updates Across Wiremind Solutions

Wiremind introduced several impactful updates across its product portfolio in 2024:

  • CAYZN launched over 500 new features, including Ancillaries Management and performance improvements to optimize revenue management.
  • CAYZN Tracking processed 28 million data points daily, achieving a 97% success rate.
  • PAXONE added features like the Reaccommodation Engine and Massive Inventory Update, enhancing scalability and operational efficiency.
  • SKYPALLET V2 introduced tools such as the Shipment Evaluation API, enhancing flexibility and decision-making for cargo operations. Additionally, existing features of SKYPALLET have demonstrated a significant impact, contributing to a 30% reduction in cargo operation time and weekly savings of up to €1,500.
  • EVENTORI rolled out its Content Management System, Analytics tools, and Resale Module, supporting the sale of 400,000 tickets and enabling over 500,000 CRM emails.

Strengthening Customer Engagement and Satisfaction

Wiremind prioritized meaningful interactions with clients in 2024 through various initiatives:

  • The CAYZN User Group hosted 45 participants, offering a mix of online and in-person sessions that fostered collaboration and feedback.
  • Webinars tied to each product release provided live insights and Q&A sessions, ensuring clients could maximize the value of new features.
  • Informative newsletters kept stakeholders updated on product developments and company operations.

The success of our customer engagement efforts is reflected in the EVENTORI Customer Satisfaction Campaign, which revealed a 97% customer support rating and 100% onboarding satisfaction. Additionally, 90% of EVENTORI clients expressed their willingness to recommend the platform, showcasing the strong trust and value we’ve cultivated.

Another highlight was our participation in the World Aviation Festival, where we proudly announced our new partnership with Transavia during a Champagne Networking session that attracted over 100 industry professionals. This gathering was a crucial opportunity for enhancing stakeholder engagement and increasing our visibility in the aviation sector.
