We are proud to share a significant achievement for both Wiremind and our long-standing partner, SNCF: the successful Go-Live of CAYZN as the new Revenue Management (RM) system for a selection of TGV INOUI and Intercités routes. This marks the beginning of a broader rollout, as CAYZN will be progressively deployed across additional routes in the coming months - optimizing revenues and load factors for a network that handles over 100 million bookings annually.
This ambitious project was completed in less than 10 months, despite the complexity of integrating with SNCF’s legacy reservation system. The collaboration between our teams represents not only a technical success, but also a significant step forward in our mission to become a world leader in Revenue Management solutions for public transportation.
Frédérique Pasquier, Revenue Management & Pricing Transformation Program Director at SNCF, shared her experience of the implementation:
"On July 19th, 6 TGV and Intercités routes, connected to our legacy reservation system, have switched to the solution CAYZN from Wiremind. Only one week after this Go-Live, our Revenue Management team have already fully handed over the new system. This underlines its simplicity, accessibility and speed in massive processing.
Beyond optimizing revenues and load factors, CAYZN saves time and increases analysis capacity. Thanks to its business rules we now offer real-time price update, for example by automatically linking together first and second cabin prices."
We are incredibly proud of this achievement and grateful for the trust and collaboration of the SNCF teams. Together, we’re shaping the future of Revenue Management in rail - one milestone at a time.
